William Hill Relaunches Its Leeds Betting Shop
The company said Tuesday that it recently relaunched its Leeds shop and introduced innovative and digital solutions for its visitors. Last week Saturday, William Hill relaunched its Vicar Lane venue in the presence of famous guests that included former Yorkshire and England cricketer Craig White, ex-Leeds and England goalkeeper Nigel Martyn as well as Stevie Ward, ex-Leeds Rhinos player. The relaunched venue now offers unrivaled experience and interactive betting solutions for sports fans. Those solutions take player engagement and experience to a new level.
The Venue Rolls Out Unique Digital Solutions
Visitors of the venue can enjoy an integrated research table, granting them access to digital versions of the Racing Post. The relaunched shop offers digital solutions which means that William Hill won’t be using paper at the venue anymore. What’s more, punters that visit the shop can enjoy many wireless charging stations, which they can use to charge their phones. Last but not least, William Hill’s Leeds shop introduced scent solutions, which according to the operator are “inspired by casinos, computer-driven scents configured to cover the entire shop.”
Besides digital solutions that enhance player experience, William Hill boosted its responsible gambling efforts for the new location. This is facilitated via a new “Own Your Game” area that focuses on player safety. Bettors at the venue can visit that area and have a private discussion with the staff on safer gambling, among other player support options.
According to a statement released by William Hill, similar digital solutions are expected to be introduced at its Glasgow location soon.
