Veteran Sports Host Mike Missanelli Becomes BetRivers Brand Ambassador

Chicago headquartered sports betting and gaming company Rush Street Interactive has announced that it has attracted Philadelphia sports journalism icon Mike Missanelli as its latest BetRivers brand ambassador.

Veteran Sports Journalist Mike Missanelli Will Host His Own BetRivers Podcast

Legendary Philadelphia sports personality Mike Missanelli has partnered with Rush Street Interactive and its US brand BetRivers. Missanelli will become BetRivers’ brand ambassador and will host a podcast show under the exclusive partnership agreement with the company.

The podcast will premiere on September 8, just as the NFL season starts. It will be available on all BetRivers channels and on all popular podcast platforms with episodes coming out two times a week.

Missanelli of course shared his excitement about the new partnership: “Joining the BetRivers team lets me share my love for Philadelphia sports in new ways and I really look forward to providing my insights to bettors at BetRivers here in my home state and in RSI markets throughout the country.

In addition to that Missanelli will appear on numerous BetRivers and other shows as a representative of the brand. In store are also video and audio commercials that will be dispersed on various radio, TV and digital channels.

Sports fans will also be able to meet Missanelli in person across the Philadelphia region as BetRivers will organize meet and greet sessions at a number of events throughout the upcoming sports season.

Missanelli Has Had a Long-Lasting Career in Sports Journalism

The career of the veteran sports journalist and host Mike Missanelli spans over more than 30 years. He started off as a writer at the Philadelphia Inquirer but later became popular with his radio sports show gigs at 610 WIP and 93.3 WMMR. In addition to his radio shows, Missanelli worked as the director and sports anchor at PHL 17. Rush Street Interactive signed him on after he quit 97.5 The Fanatic where he also had his own sports show.

Rush Street Interactive CEO Richard Schwartz is thrilled to welcome such a legend in Philadelphia sports journalism as the new BetRivers ambassador. Schwartz is certain that Missanelli’s passion for sports and years of experience in the industry will definitely be an insightful and entertaining addition to the sports betting experience of BetRivers players.

Mike Missanelli will join the company’s growing family of sports personalities and experts, which includes Mike Francesa, Dan “Danny Mac” McNeil and Mark Madden among others. Missanelli will be mainly active in the Philadelphia area, Francesa is in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, McNeil in Chicago and Madden is in Pittsburgh.
