Sportsbet Enters Greyhound Coverage Agreement With SIS
Sportsbet and Sports Information Services (SIS) have teamed up to improve and expand coverage of greyhound racing in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Sportsbet Expands Greyhound Racing Coverage
Sportsbet has entered an agreement with betting content supplier Sports Information Services (SIS) to strengthen its coverage of the UK and Irish greyhound racing.
Through the agreement, Sportsbet will obtain access to up to 53 meetings per week from a wide variety of high-profile British racing tracks. This includes Central Park, Clayford, Doncaster, Harlow, Hove, Monmore, Romford, and Towcester, as well as several Irish tracks – Cork, Kilkenny, Limerick, Mullingar, Tralee, Waterford, and Youghal.
All meetings on the listed race tracks will also be covered in Australia by Tabcorp Holdings – the country’s largest gambling and gaming company. The content will be accessible through the Tabcorp app, available for Android and iPhone.
Companies Thrilled For Mutually Beneficial Agreement
SIS Head of Group Account Management Helen Ridley said that the deal with Sportsbet was the perfect follow-up to the content provider’s recent horse racing agreement with Tabcorp. She noted that SIS was thrilled to deepen and expand its partnership with the sports betting operator.
Furthermore, Ms Ridley is confident that the deal will be highly beneficial for Sportsbet. According to her, SIS’ first-class greyhound racing has proven itself as a strong revenue generator for bookmakers across the globe.
Sportsbet is beyond excited for the partnership and for the opportunity to deliver quality UK and Irish greyhound racing, General Manager of Sports Partnerships Paul Bittar said. The sports betting operator is continually looking into expanding its international greyhound offering, Mr Bittar continued.
According to him, SIS’s experience in the distribution of top-quality live pictures and data puts Sportsbet into a strong position to deliver exciting new betting experiences for its customers and boost engagement levels.
