American business-to-business gambling products and services provider Scientific Games, has won a ten-year system technology contract that will see it power the Vermont Lottery through its premium tech solutions. Depending on how the agreement develops, it might be extended for an additional 10 years in the future.
Scientific Games Will Modernize the Lottery
As per the deal, Scientific Games will use its professional selection of tools and solutions to rework the Vermont Lottery and provide it with a new flair, necessary to rekindle its market success. The B2B company will aim to boost the lottery’s revenues to their absolute maximum.
Scientific Games was selected among other candidates thanks to its portfolio of high-quality offerings and its impressive performance record in helping other companies achieve tremendous success.
Vermont Department of Liquor and Lottery’s deputy commissioner, Sabina Haskell, confirmed this was what drove the decision to give the contract to Scientific Games. According to Haskell, it was the “clear choice” among all applicants and it seemed like the most qualified company for the modernization of the Vermont Lottery and for improving customer experience. Haskell is sure retailers will be “equally delighted” by the gaming system and support they receive.
Scientific Games Vows to Do its Best
Scientific Games will provide turnkey system operations and game services, with the aim of boosting the Vermont lottery’s appeal even further. The business-to-business company will most importantly support the lottery through its AEGIS open architecture enterprise gaming system and central communications network. The lottery will also benefit from SG’s WAVE retailer terminals and the PlayCentral self-service machines that will be installed in retail shops throughout the whole of Vermont.
