Play’n GO, an iGaming developer describing itself as “the best gaming entertainment supplier there is,” will star in the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas. The company hopes to use the event as a means to expand its footprint in North America.
Play’n GO Will Share Its Story
Play’n GO made its first foray into the NA region a few months ago when it entered the Ontario market in Canada and the New Jersey market in the United States. The supplier also managed to acquire license to operate in Michigan but is yet to launch in the state.
Participation in the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas will help Play’n GO boost its brand awareness and promote its portfolio. Since this is the company’s first participation in a Las Vegas-based exposition, Play’n GO will be trying to make the most out of it.
As announced by the top-tier supplier, it will use the opportunity to talk about its regulated market focus, rich game portfolio, consistent release cadence and commitment to safer gambling via the Stories Start Here initiative. The latter campaign will help Play’n GO share its story with the gambling world, the challenges it faced and the storms it sailed.
Play’n GO’s industry-best portfolio now encompasses more than 300 iGaming titles and has cemented the company as the leading supplier in many European markets. Book of Dead, Play’n GO’s magnum opus, is still the number one slot in Europe, despite being released six years ago.
The Company’s Executives Are Excited about the Event
Johan Törnqvist, Play’n GO’s co-founder and chief executive, says he believes the supplier’s story is very compelling and is excited to share it with Global Gaming Expo visitors and participants.
The culture and people within our business are what drives us every day to create great entertainment. Our focus on who we are and what we believe in has been part of a phenomenal success story for almost 20 years in Europe.
Johan Törnqvist, CEO, Play’n GO
Törnqvist added that it is no secret Play’n GO’s current plan is to “go all-in on North America.”
Magnus Olsson, Play’n GO’s chief commercial officer, also shared his thoughts on the matter. He noted that the company has established itself as a provider of content that drives both customer acquisition and retention. However, this is only a part of what goes into these games.
My team and I are looking forward to showcasing how we work closely in partnership with operators to help them achieve their business goals by harnessing the power of the expertise that Play’n GO has built up over the past 20 years at the forefront of iGaming. G2E is the perfect opportunity and we can’t wait.
Magnus Olsson, CCO, Play’n GO
Lastly, Ebba Arnred, Play’n GO’s co-founder and chief managing officer, said that soon everyone in the United States would have heard about Play’n GO.
Our mission is to ensure that that will not be the case when everyone leaves Las Vegas, and we aim to continue to tell our story post-Vegas too. In many ways, our North American story starts here.
Ebba Arnred, CMO, Play’n GO
Play’n GO has been bullish on expanding internationally. Last year, Gambling News spoke with a Play’n GO representative who told us that LATAM is region of huge importance to the company as well. In more recent news, Play’n GO just released ImmorTails of Egypt, an Egyptian cat-themed slot.
