Partypoker Introduces New Functionalities, Updates Table Looks
It was a good start of the week for poker fans, considering that Partypoker announced a new update for their online poker tables.
Partypoker Improves Table Graphics, Customization Options
On Monday, Partypoker unveiled that it updated its online poker tables. The new update brought both graphics, as well as functionality improvements. According to the network, before launching the update, it had analyzed hundreds of comments from poker players and implemented the best suggestions, ensuring that the new tables look, feel better and enhance the player experience.
Visiting the main Partypoker lobby to edit the in-game settings is now a thing of the past. In fact, the network revealed that this was one of the common complaints that it received from poker players. Now, poker players can find all of the available options at the corner of the poker table. This functionality allows them to customize their experience by changing cards, felts and the bet button, while in-game.
But the first thing that poker players will spot when joining the network is the updated graphics. Partypoker increased the size of the avatars, which are now larger and easier to see. What is more, it has significantly improved table graphics as well as animations. New avatars, emojis, cards, as well as throwables are also available for poker fans.
The Update Brings New Functionalities and Visual Features
Additional improvements include a new hand strength indicator. The tool is located next to the player’s avatar and can be turned on or off. By using this functionality, poker players can check the strength of their hand. It is important to mention that the strength of the hand updates in real-time as cards from the flop, turn and river appear.
Another useful feature that poker players can enjoy following the update is detailed color-coded notes. The player can now choose a specific color for their opponent and also include a note for them. The note appears as a halo upon hovering at the player’s icon, while the color surrounds their avatar. This way, poker players can take valuable notes for their opponents.
Partypoker has also implemented an all-in triangle icon. The new icon helps indicate when a player has decided to push all-in. The triangle icon appears next to the player’s avatar whenever that action is used.
Additionally, the overhaul has brought flashing colors for players that are yet to take action like bet or fold. Last but not least, Partypoker introduced improvement for its Rabbit Hunt feature. As a result, it is easier for players to see what card would have come next by clicking on the blank cards displayed on the table.
