ORYX Gaming To Enter Swiss Market Via Grand Casino Luzern’s mycasino.ch

Bragg Gaming Group’s ORYX Gaming will enter the Swiss market after signing a content deal on Monday with online gaming operator mycasino.ch.

ORYX’s First Partnership with a Swiss Company

Bragg Gaming Group announced on November 30 that its subsidiary ORYX Gaming will enter the Swiss market via a deal with Grand Casino Luzern’s online gaming operator mycasino.ch.

Grand Casino Luzern, Switzerland’s largest casino company, announced that mycasino.ch generated CHF8.9 million in turnover in 2019.  mycasino.ch was the second iGaming platform launched when the Swiss online gaming market opened last year.

The content deal signs the first partnership between a Swiss operator and ORYX after receiving its ISO certification last July. Grand Casino Luzern’s customers will soon be able to play GAMOMAT’s premium games, such as Crystal Ball, Ramses Book, and Fancy Fruits. with popular side-game prizes and special gaming features.

Grand Casino Luzern CEO Wolfgang Bliem said the operator wants first and foremost to provide their customers with “pure entertainment at the highest level” through “fresh and exciting” gaming content.

Swiss Regulated Online Gaming Market Grows Significantly

ORYX Gaming had intended to enter the Swiss market as soon as the country legalized online gambling in 2019, according to Managing Director Matevz Mazij. The partnership is part of ORYX’s strategy to develop into regulated jurisdictions worldwide.

ORYX is currently licensed by the Romanian National Gambling Office (ONJN) and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and is allowed to operate in 18 other jurisdictions.

Switzerland’s gaming regulator said that licensed online gaming companies yielded CHF23.5 million in their first partial year of operations.

Mr. Mazij commended this partnership with “one of the most established operators in the market with a strong online brand” and said ORYX is looking forward to growing its footprint in the country alongside Grand Casino Luzern.

ORYX Joins SoftSwiss’ Platform

Earlier in November, Belarus-based gambling software developer SoftSwiss signed an agreement with ORYX to host the gaming provider’s proprietary portfolio and content from its RGS studio partners GAMOMAT, Givme Games, Kalamba Games, and Golden Hero. Products from Peter & Sons, CandleBets, and Aracdem will follow soon.

ORYX Gaming signed three new RGS studio partners and took its content live with 36 operators. The company also launched 38 titles and announced that nine additional games will go live before the end of the year. The total sum wagered on ORYX’s RGS content has increased by 89% year on year.
