Betano, a leading iGaming and sports betting brand, has launched in Ontario, Canada. This is the first such rollout for the brand in North America and the company hopes that it won’t be its last. With the arrival of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and a number of events running across the border in the United States, to wit the NBA, NHL, NFL, and NCAAB among others, Betano is in a fantastic position to reap significant benefits right on launch day.

The brand brings more than 30 different sports that sports fans in the province can pick and bet on, with the bulk of the interest now focusing on the aforementioned competitions. The company also brings more than 1,000 casino games as part of its iGaming rollout in the province. Kaizen Gaming, which owns the Betano brand, commented on the successful rollout. CCO Julio Iglesias Hernando had this to say:
We are excited to enter a new market, but also a new territory for Betano and Kaizen Gaming.

Betano is admittedly entering a very densely packed market that is seeing an influx of operators vying for market share. Nevertheless, Hernando is confident that Betano is in a good position to stand out from its rivals and secure a pole positioning in the market.
There is a solid product offering to back this up, Hernando argues. Betano and Kaizen Gaming also bring their proprietary technology that allows the brand to respond quickly to the need for change and go ahead with promotions and other product offer that may appeal to local tastes.
Betano became the regional partner for Europe for the World Cup in Qatar earlier this month. The brand has also been steadily expanding its footprint elsewhere, including in Brazil, where it introduced new FBMDS games.
