Under the new agreement, cross-channel marketing and engagement platform for sports betting and gaming industries OtherLevels will provide web, app, inbox and interstitial messaging for the digital gaming and sportsbook operations of the tribal gambling establishment based in Michigan.

An existing integration between Scientific Games Digital, which powers digital gaming content for the tribal gaming venue, and OtherLevels provides a flow of player activity data stream to enable the sports engagement platform operator to engage with players and further enhance player engagement level for FireKeepers Casino’s digital operations.

FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Emmett Charter Township, between Battle Creek and Marshall, Michigan, made customer engagement its top priority since the state legalized online sports betting at the beginning of this year.
