Las Vegas: Golden Entertainment’s Venues to Feature Cashless Advance System

Golden Entertainment has signed a deal with Marker Trax to launch Quick Play, its cashless advance system, across all of its Las Vegas venues.

Marker Trax Partners Up with Golden Entertainment

Nevada-based casino and tavern operator Golden Entertainment announced yesterday the launch of its Marker Trax-powered Quick Play, the operator cashless advance system, at all of its gaming properties.

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur in Las Vegas will be the Golden Entertainment’s casino to test out Marker Trax’s technology. The operator plans to bring the system to all of its venues shortly after that.

Quick Play will offer players the opportunity to digitally and easily access advances. Using Konami Gaming‘s ground-breaking casino management system SYNKROS, Quick Play will also track, record, and manage customer electronic advances and balances.

Improved Player Experience?

Quick Play will be available via its website and its mobile app, allowing customers to easily sign up onto the platform. Players will have access to their advance balance at any of Golden’s venues. However, in order to access the cashless system, players will have to gamble on different gaming machines via the operator’s True Rewards loyalty program.

According to Golden Entertainment’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Steve Arcana, Quick Play “will improve the player experience” via quick and easy cashless advances. Mr. Arcana commended Marker Trax and Konami Gaming’s “pioneering technology” which powers its brand new Quick Play program.

Marker Trax’s COO Charlie Skinner shared a similar sentiment, adding that the system was developed to push the company’s mission to improve customer experience forward.

“Golden Entertainment has long prioritized guest experience and convenience, which is clearly seen here through its leadership with Quick Play’s launch,” Tom Jingoli, Konami Gaming’s Executive Vice President and COO said. Golden will feature top-of-the-shelf cashless technology, he added, ultimately [benefitting] players across its portfolio.”

It sounds as if a gambler wins $2,000.00 on a slot machine, it is credited to his account. My question is can the gambler go to the cashier and cash his winnings in and walk out of the casino with the $2,000.00 in hard cash?
