FanDuel Signed Partnership with Professional Boxer Amanda Serrano
Daily fantasy sport (DFS) and sports betting operator FanDuel announced this week a partnership with seven division boxing champion Amanda Serrano to become her exclusive sports gaming partner.
Making History
The new agreement between FanDuel and Serrano comes ahead of Serrano’s title fight against Katie Taylor scheduled to take place on April 30 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Commenting on her new partnership, Serrano said how honored she feels to become the first boxer to partner with FanDuel, a brand that is showing “unwavering dedication to supporting and elevating female athletes.”
“As the first female professional boxer to headline the iconic Madison Square Garden… I will proudly wear their logo in the ring during my historic battle against Katie Taylor on April 30th.”

Serrano will wear FanDuel’s logo on her trunks during the historic fight and will also help increase FanDuel’s brand awareness by creating unique content on her social media channels as part of the agreement.
For FanDuel, the agreement with Serrano means access to her name and likeness. The brand will also offer custom promotions at the FanDuel Sportbook to promote Serrano’s historic title fight.
Commitment to Support Female Sports
Excited and proud to partner with Serrano, who is “a game-changer making history” by becoming the first-ever woman to feature in a headline fight at Madison Square Garden, FanDuel Group chief executive officer Amy Howe outlined the company’s commitment to supporting female athletes.
“At FanDuel, we are deeply committed to women in sports, from the office to the boxing ring, and partnering with Amanda is part of our ongoing support to invest in female athletes.”

Serrano becomes the latest addition to FanDuel’s roster of prominent sports personalities and social media influencers, following in the footsteps of college basketball star Jon Rothstein who teamed up with the brand in a multi-year partnership in January.
Previously, the DFS and sportsbook operator joined forces with retired NFL player and bettor Pat McAfee, who signed a $120 million four-year sponsorship, professional golfer Jordan Spieth, NBA champion Kenny Smith, NBA legend Charles Barkley, sports gambling aficionado Sal Iacono a.k.a. Cousin Sal, and sports media personality Colin Cowherd.
With 4 years experience as an analyst, Julie—or ‘Jewels’, as we aptly refer to her in the office—is nothing short of a marvel-worthy in her attention to the forex and cryptocurrency space as she quickly became the first pick to co-pilot education to the masses with Mike.
