Mindway AI Strengthens Board with Britt Boeskov Appointment

The award-winning software company that develops technology solutions for the identification of problem and at-risk gambling, Mindway AI, strengthened its leadership team on Monday. The company said it hired the services for Britt Boeskov. As a result, Boeskov was appointed as a member of Mindway’s Board of Directors.

Britt Boeskov Joins Mindway AI’s Board

As an industry expert with years of professional experience, Boeskov joins the growing roster of professionals at Midway AI’s Board of Directors. Currently, Flemming Pedersen, the CFO of Better Collective serves as the chairman of the Board at Midway AI. What’s more, the Board includes professor, Kim Mouridsen, Midway AI’s founder, as well as Birgitte Sand, the former Director General at the Danish Gambling Authority. Willem van Oort, the founder of B2B communities like Gaming in Holland and a leading iGaming consultant is also a part of the company’s Board.

Boeskov said that it is exciting to leverage her experience and help a leading company such as Mindway. She added that technology and innovation can be leveraged to help detect and prevent gambling harm. Moreover, Boeskov pointed out that in her new position, she will help shape the company’s sustainable gambling strategy. The Company Plans to Grow beyond Europe

Overall, Boeskov has a rich professional background with more than two decades as a part of the growing gambling industry. She has acquired an MD from the Copenhagen Business School in Intercultural communications and management. Before joining Mindway AI, she was a part of Better Collective where she served most recently as SVP of strategy. In addition, Boeskov was a part of Kindred Group, the global gaming giant, where she held different leadership roles for 17 years.
