Kindred Group Continues on Path to Improve Safe Gambling Practices
The theme of the 2022 edition is set as “Safer gambling – An honest conversation.” Held at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, the event will reunite a number of prominent keynote speakers, including Johann Hari, Dr Jonathan Parke and Professor Mark Griffiths, and others. The event will be attended by representatives of the European Football Development Network and Swedish Elite Football.
“We want to facilitate the difficult conversations, and build a platform where we can all meet and share experiences and insights so that we can find good, sustainable solutions for our industry together. I am really excited to welcome Johann Hari as our keynote speaker,” said Kindred Group head of sustainability Anna Jein.
Jein added that Hari has much good advice to impart to stakeholders which will benefit everyone who is looking to hear relevant information that can help improve the ecosystem for consumers. Jein is confident that the industry today is more transparent, less closed-off, and more proactive when it comes to consumer safety.
However, in order for gambling to truly provide solutions, the industry must collaborate on crucial issues across the entire “value chain,” and Kindred Group is happy to lead this process. Kindred Group is bringing stakeholders from within and outside of the industry to have an honest conversation about gambling and what needs to be done to continue improving the safety of all.
