Kero Gaming Won the Inaugural SBC First Pitch

Kero Gaming, a company powering the sports betting industry with betting and engagement solutions, has gotten the top prize at the SBC Summit Barcelona First Pitch. The competition took place last month and welcomed some of the most promising startups in sports betting.

Kero Gaming Won the Competition

The competition was powered by Yolo Investments and sponsored by 7scale. It saw seven candidates, namely Kero Gaming, Network Gaming, OSAI, Paradox, Pow Gaming and XRBET, compete by pitching their products and business plans to an expert judging panel and an audience of industry leaders and investors.

The winner, Kero Gaming, was chosen by the judges to receive an exclusive prize package that would help them with their development and growth plans. The package is worth more than $49,000 and includes a trip to Tallinn where the winner will join Yolo Investments for a workshop. It also includes a SBC Media promo package worth $11,200 with six months of advertising on SBC News and Casino Beats. Lastly, Kero Gaming was promised with a 3×3 booth at the 2023 SBC Summit Barcelona, which includes a turnkey stand, a sponsorship mention and four complimentary tickets.

Yolo’s Sjögren Is Excited by the Results

Tomash Devinishek, Kero’s founder and chief executive said that the competition has been a great experience for his team. He found it incredible to pitch Kero’s plans to a room full of seasoned industry veterans and is even more excited by the fact that Kero won,

Paradox ended up second. The pari-mutuel betting protocol was awarded a promotional package from SBC Media, which includes 6 months of advertising on SBC News or Casino Beats, as well as newsletter advertising and 2 featured editorials promoting its business.

Paradox’s co-founder, Zachary Panos, said that the event, as a whole, has been great. He was content with second place and said that the whole experience has been very enlightening.

Pontus Sjögren, commercial director and partner at Yolo Investments and also a member of the SBC First Pitch judging panel, commented on the inaugural edition of the event. He believes that SBC First Pitch has been a resounding success and added that he is delighted to be able to support promising startups.

All six finalists that got the chance to pitch their start-ups on the big stage did an amazing job, and it was definitely a great experience for them to have.

Sjögren added that the judges are very excited about the winner and cannot wait to see its team in Tallinn. He added that Yolo Investments is looking forward to getting to know Kero Gaming better.
