Jesse Cary, who was recently the vice president of strategy at High 5 Games and Interim CTO at Avantage Entertainment, has joined Strive Gaming as its chief technology officer.
Top Strategy and iGaming Platform Expert Joins Strive Gaming
Jesse Cary, a visionary strategist and leading player platform technology, has joined Strive Gaming, becoming its new CTO. With this hire, the company aims to enhance its provision for the North American markets.
When commenting on his new position, Cary said that he has evaluated the competitive landscape in North America and considers Strive a market leader in terms of technology and expertise.
He said: “I’m excited to contribute from a technical strategy perspective to ensure we can deliver upon our customer pledge of performance at scale in such a challenging and dynamic market, which happens to be my home country. I can’t wait to get started.”
Strive Gaming President and CCO Damian Xuereb said that Cary’s experience in iGaming platform architecture, deployment, and development, in addition to his knowledge of the North American market’s requirements, is unparalleled. According to him, the new CTO is going to help Strive reach its goals.
Xuereb said that the company has one of the most advanced player platform technology on the US and Canadian market and aims to be one of the best on the market in the future.
Cary Has an Extensive Experience with Regulatory Challenges
Born and raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Cary worked for Comcast, a media conglomerate in Philadelphia, before he went to the US. He has extensive knowledge in technical requirements and US player demands, make him one of the leading experts in the industry.
Before joining the Strive Team, Cary’s remarkable career includes many years at the iGaming platform for Bede Gaming, where he held several roles, including head of technical architecture before it sold to Gauselmann Group. While he was the technical director of Bede, he played a key role during its migration of The Rank Group to the iGaming platform, which was one of the largest migrations in the industry at that time.
His latest roles were as VP of Strategy at High 5 Games and Interim CTO for Avantage Entertainment. With his experience with regulatory issues and challenges in North America, he participated in the successful delivery of Player Platform to the Ontario Lottery.
