The gaming industry’s leading testing and certification services provider, Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), announced a senior management level promotion.
Angela Wong Promoted to VP of Global Lottery Solutions at GLI
The company unveiled Monday it decided to promote Angela Wong to the position of vice president of global lottery solutions. Previously, Wong served as GLI’s director of lottery solutions. She joined the company back in 2021. Now, in her new role, Wong will deliver strategic guidance for the company’s different lottery services.
As the vice president of global lottery solutions, she joins GLI’s global leadership team. One key focus for Wong will be growing the company’s portfolio by creating new engagement opportunities. Additionally, she will seek to deliver value for GLI’s clients.
Wong Has Significant Management Level Experience
Wong has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Carroll College, a leading liberal arts college in Helena, Montana. Before joining GLI, she was most recently a president of the North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL). During her ten-year tenure at NASPL, Wong held multiple leadership-level positions. Her professional background also includes a director-level position as a part of the Montana Lottery.

In a recent press release, GLI’s VP of government relations and general counsel, Kevin Mullally, outlined that the lottery is a part of an industry that changes quickly. However, he added that with Wong’s professional background, GLI is confident that the new promotion will bring success for the company and its growing portfolio of clients.
