Provider of player acquisition services Gambling.com Group announced today the appointment of Peter McGough as Vice President of Investor Relations effective July 1, 2022.

The appointment of McGough brings over 25 years of sell-side experience to Gambling.com Group to help the provider of services to the online gambling industry establish beneficial relationships with investors, shareholders and business partners.

In his new role, McGough will be responsible for the development and implementation of a new investor relations program that will successfully communicate the value of Gambling.com to the financial community and its shareholders.
McGough’s most recent role was as Institutional Sales at Viridian Capital Advisors where he linked key clients from the technology, cannabis and healthcare sectors with private equity funds, institutional investors, high net worth individuals, and family offices to facilitate funding for innovative projects and ideas.

Before joining Viridian Capital Partners, McGough served at Credit Suisse where he led the North American corporate access team, as well as a sector specialist at JP Morgan, advising on investor relations strategy with corporate entities in both capacities.
Holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business McGough is the latest recruitment to the managerial team at Gambling.com Group, following shortly after the addition of Michael Quartieri.
Quartieri, who came from the entertainment industry having served as Chief Financial Officer of North American restaurant Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. was appointed to the Board of Directors effective June 30, 2022, after a recommendation by the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
