Streaming behemoth fuboTV has announced that its betting and gaming subsidiary Fubo Gaming has successfully launched the Fubo Sportsbook in Arizona. This is the second official launch for the betting platform in the United States which will now be available through its dedicated website and accessible via desktop and mobile apps.
Fubo Sportsbook Begins to Build Footprint
The launch follows on the previously negotiated partnership with the Ak-Chin Indian Community, which allowed the brand to gain market access and now roll out in the state. Previously, Fubo Sportsbook launched in Iowa, marking the first entry for the platform into the sports betting space in the US.
FuboTV has been big on gamifying the sports experience, introducing a variety of free-to-play games designed to boost engagement with audiences. The streaming platform integrated optional betting features and odds feeds that allow consumers to experience sports from the point of view of sports bettors or casual fans.
FuboTV continues to galvanize more people into action, hoping to turn them from passive observers into active participants in the sports and sports betting experiences. Fubo Sportsbook delivers a special feature, the Watching Now option, which can issue bets recommendations and help guide consumers towards wagers they may be interested in.
Fubo Gaming will continue to develop its overall sports product, paying attention to how sports and betting come together to create a unique viewership experience.
More Features Coming to FuboTV to Boost the Industry
FuboTV will seek to integrate new features that pertain directly to sports wagering, the company said on the occasion of the Arizona release. Commenting on the rollout, Fubo Gaming president Scott Butera said:
“We are honored to partner with our first Native American tribe, the Ak-Chin Indian Community, to launch our market-defining sportsbook within the great state of Arizona.”
