Online gaming and sports betting company FSB Technology announced a new addition to its ranks with the appointment of David Charnock as Business Development Director for Latin America.
Keep Upward Growth Momentum
New business development director Charnock is set to operate out of the company’s office in San Jose and will be tasked with responsibilities to keep the sports betting operator on the upward trajectory of growth it experienced in the fast-growing sports betting markets recently.
“I am delighted to be joining such an innovative, exciting company making a major play in Latin America. FSB’s ambitions are there for all to see and I’m excited to be playing a key part in their LatAm journey.”

Charnock, who also worked on the establishment of a foundation for homeless and people suffering from addictions in San Jose, Costa Rica, will work in his new role in coordination with Ian Freeman, chief revenue officer at FSB, and Rob Wheeler, FSB’s business development director for the rest of the world.
All Eyes on Charnock
Speaking about the new appointment, Ian Freeman outlined Charnock’s experience and deep understanding of the markets in Latin America would help keep the momentum and propel the company higher.
“Latin America offers tremendous potential for a forward-thinking, challenger organisation like FSB, and David will help us drive our technologies and services in the region to allow operators to deliver the best possible experience to their players.”
Ian Freeman, Chief Revenue Officer, FSB Technology
Highlighting FSB’s increased presence in the Latin American region as an indicator of the expanding global footprint of the company achieved last year, Freeman said he could not wait to start working with Charnock to build on the momentum and affirm FSB’s position as one of the fastest-growing platform suppliers globally.
Freeman was part of number of new additions FSB made in the past few months in preparation for US markets entry, including Bob Akeret as vice president of North America in November and Mike van Ermen as vice president of pre-sales, and Keith Laidlaw in an advisory capacity to the Board in January 2021.
