Jenny Arnell’s Vision is to Make Fast Track a Top Talent Destination
Malta-based iGaming software provider Fast Track has appointed Jenny Arnell as the company’s new Head of Human Resources.
Arnell is joining Fast Track from Catena Media, where she served as Group HR Manager in the last three years and was responsible for the organisation’s global HR practices. During her six and a half years at the lead generation company, Arnell has been responsible for the research and development of HR processes, policies, tools, compensation and benefits. She has also been in charge of talent acquisition and management and has led teams in implementing best practices across all HR functions.
Arnell is bringing her solid expertise to Fast Track, where she will focus on the digitalisation of HR functions for better efficiency and scalability.

Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, expressed his excitement about having Arnell join the team. Lidzén highlighted Arnell’s previous experience of supporting the growth of a small company to a large one, as well as her in-depth knowledge of key business issues.

Fast Track Expands Team to Match the Growth of the Business
Recently, Fast Track announced the appointment of Jean-Luc Ferrière as the company’s chief compliance officer (CCO). Ferrière is not a completely new addition to Fast Track, as he has been working with the company as a Brand Ambassador since October 2020. Ferrière joined Simon Lidzén, Christopher Hirst and Patrik Potocki as a member of the senior leadership team.
In July 2020, Fast Track signed Dan Morrison as its new commercial director. Morrison boasts vast experience in the iGaming sector and was selected by Fast Track to lead its ambitious growth plans.
Fast Track has consolidated its leadership position in the field since launching its player engagement platform in 2019. In September 2020, the operator launched “Fast Track Lifecycles”, an innovative solution to managing complex multi-channel engagements and in December 2020 alone, the company inked four new partnerships.
