Entain Foundation Announced Second Seton Hall Bootcamp
Entain Foundation, a trust charity established by global gambling group Entain, announced today it would be delivering its second educational program aimed at improving the knowledge of gaming industry personnel.
Introducing Responsible Gambling Issues
Known as the Seton Hall Bootcamp, the educational program for legal, regulatory, compliance and business experts funded by Entain Foundation US is set to take place at Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey this month.
The Sports Betting and Gaming Law, Compliance and Integrity Program, funded by the not-for-profit arm of the global sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment operator, seeks to strengthen legal and compliance professionals from the sports betting and gaming industries as both verticals continue their rapid expansion across US jurisdictions.
The boot camp will address responsible gambling and integrity issues, besides competitive, regulatory and compliance aspects of sports betting and gaming, providing the most thorough regulatory and business overview for young professionals.
Starting September 19, 2021, the first event, a networking reception, will take place at Monmouth Park racetrack in Oceanport, while all reaming sessions will take place at the Seton Hall Law School in Newark.
Prerequisite for Industry Specialists
Speaking about the announcement, Entain’s SVP for US Regulatory Affairs and Responsible Gambling and a board member and panelist on the program, Martin Lycka, noted the program as a “prerequisite” for any young professional working on legal, regulatory, compliance and responsible gambling issues in the US and international regulated gaming jurisdictions.
Knowledge, experience, expertise and integrity are needed to build and assure a robust and successful sports betting and gaming industry in the U.S. that delivers on its promise of safe and enjoyable entertainment.”

Geared mainly towards company executives, attorneys, regulators and compliance officers who look to improve their knowledge of the rapidly changing complex gaming markets, the boot camp will also cover issues like state, provincial, tribal and national initiatives and regulations, as expert speakers will display a broad overview of the sports betting and gaming industry.
The Seton Hall Bootcamp program is the best way to keep pace with this evolution and to prepare for even more growth in this dynamic industry. Industry experts, professionals and potential applicants should not miss this opportunity.”
