Boutique research and consulting firm Eilers & Krejcik Gaming announced today it acquired gaming industry media Fantini Research, including its existing gaming-related news publications and virtual trade show business.

Gaming industry specialist Eilers & Krejcik acquired Fantini Research and its publications, daily Fantini’s Gaming Report, weekly Public Policy Review, monthly National Revenue Report, and monthly Sports Betting & iCasino Revenue Report. The deal also includes the virtual trade show business operating out of Delaware.

Eilers & Krejcik will maintain the Fantini Research brand that will continue to operate as a separate division within the research firm and retain Ashley Diem to manage the division’s day-to-day operations, assuming the role of Executive Editor and Publisher.

Upon closing the transaction, Fantini will remain in a consultancy capacity to assist in the integration of the business. The transaction will not affect two publications co-published by Eilers & Krejcik and Fantini Research, EILERS-FANTINI Slot Survey, and EILERS-FANTINI Game Performance reports.
The announcement of the acquisition did not provide any details related to the price of the transaction or to the timing it is expected to close.
