On Tuesday, the American fantasy sports and betting operator DraftKings announced a new market access deal with Butler National Corporation that manages Boot Hill Casino and Resort in Kansas. The collaboration paves the way for the operator to enter Kansas for the first time.
However, the new sports betting market access deal is subject to the adoption of sports betting legislation and regulation. Before bringing its top-rated mobile sportsbook to Kansas, DraftKings would also need to receive all necessary licenses as well as regulatory approvals.
