Compliable Appoints Justin Stempeck as Chief Strategy Officer

Supplier of automated licensing platform in the US Compliable announced the addition of high-caliber management personnel to its ranks with the appointment of Justin Stempeck as its Chief Strategy Officer.

The former director of licensing at DraftKings, Stempeck brings bags of industry experience to the platform provider, which successfully raised funds to further develop its automated licensing platform that helps US sportsbook operators streamline their application process across legal gaming jurisdictions.

In his most recent role as DraftKings’ director of licensing, Stempeck was a key figure for the company’s licensing process across all gaming verticals, sportsbooks, online casinos and daily fantasy sports, driving efforts domestically and internationally.

Compliance Crucial to the Industry

Prior to joining Boston-based DraftKings, Stempeck served as associate general counsel at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC), where he was responsible for the development of policy initiatives and dealt with various issues related to gambling, providing legal guidance on the matter.

With a history of working with both land-based and online gaming operators, industry suppliers and vendors, and a professional background in administrative law, litigation, contracts and government affairs, Stempeck seems to be the all-around figure to spearhead Compliable’s efforts to continue the development of its automated licensing platform.

Compliable offers its clients to easily track employee progress and approve completed forms before submitting for regulatory approval, automate the process by auto-populating form information across multiple forms and jurisdictions, as well as assign licensing forms for new jurisdictions. The automated platform supplier is planning to introduce licensing for vendors and affiliates in the near future.
