Caesars Entertainment, the casino-type resorts operator company, announced Thursday it is breaking ground on its first non-casino facility that will open doors in the fall of 2021 in Scottsdale, Arizona and will open an entirely new chapter for the company.

The first Caesars Entertainment resort that would not feature a casino, Caesars Republic Scottsdale, will be located right at the heart of the district at Scottsdale Fashion Square and will comprise of 265 hotel rooms housed in an 11-storey glass tower.
There will be a column-free ballroom with sliding glass doors opening up towards a lawn, ideal for large outdoor events, capable of providing enough space for 600 people. The ballroom itself will present the option to be divided into 4 sections and would have a total capacity for 500 people.
Caesars Brand Leased
The luxury brand hotel will be built by HCW, a real estate developer company with offices in Arizona and Missouri that has developed more than $2 billion in real estate in the last 23 years, and after it becomes operational, HCW Hospitality, a division in the Arizona-based HCW and the Texas-based Aimbridge Hospitality will undertake the management function, and Caesars will lease its brand and include the new property into its Caesars Rewards loyalty programme.

Sunset Views & Italian Cuisine
One of the attractions of the hotel will be a rooftop pool deck, located on the seventh floor and opening up picturesque views over the Camelback mountain sunsets for its guests. Housed on the same floor, there will be a unique dining experience restaurant, Seven /SVN/, offering a variety of food and cocktails.
Food and dining will feature additionally with two other restaurants by celebrity chef, author, philanthropist and TV personality, Giada De Laurentiis, Luna by Giada will present fine Italian cuisine with California and Mediterranean influences, and Pronto by Giada, a more casual all-day café that will present Italian fare and a unique blend of coffee offerings, with cuisine for the guests on the go.

The hotel will bring to Arizona a touch of Las Vegas, albeit without the gaming, as it will incorporate modern elements and materials such as stone and faux wood to complement the luxury residential development adjacent to the glass tower, as well as a newly-constructed entrance from Scottsdale Fashion Square.
