Caesars Adds App ahead of Louisiana Betting Launch

Caesars Entertainment is preparing for a full-scale launch in Louisiana which is expected to get underway with an official go-ahead for interactive wagering on November 1.

To give itself time to reach customers and position its product, the company’s best-in-class app has launched on the market ahead of schedule, with consumers able to download, register, and deposit funds while they prepare for the string of pre-match and in-play gaming options that will be available at launch.

Perks for Those Who Register Early

Sports fans who register early will have access to a number of perks promoted by Caesars in the state with a $100 free bet bonus and the opportunity to generate additional bonus revenue by making correct predictions during launch week.

Commenting on the launch, Caesars Digital co-president Eric Hession praised the Gulf Coast region as an important locale for the Caesars family. The present launch of its betting app, Hession argued, marks Caesars’ longstanding commitment to the state, adding:

“We know how passionate Bayou State sports fans are about their teams and we’re confident our brand-new Caesars Sportsbook app and the exciting offers we have for launch can offer them a sports experience that can’t be matched.”

The app is connected to the Caesars Rewards loyalty program, providing players with additional perks that are generated and assigned to individual accounts in real-time. Every wager that is placed on the platform will generate points that can be redeemed as part of the land-based experience by Caesars in 50 properties across 16 states.

Caesars Continues to Invest Time and Effort into Louisiana

Louisiana’s customers will be able to place a wager in-person if they choose to visit Caesars’ properties in the state at Harrah’s New Orleans and Horseshoe Bossier City where land-based betting options will await once Louisiana launches the activity officially next week.

Caesars recently secured a 20-year naming-rights partnership with the New Orleans Saints for the team’s New Orleans Stadiums which will be known as the Caesars Superdome moving forward under the terms of the partnership.
