BLAST Titan Summons European Apex Legends Teams

BLAST will be organizing a tournament in the Apex Legends, called BLAST Titans. It will focus on the European region and will bring in 40 of the best European teams for a two-part competition. Twenty of them will be chosen among the best European teams. Among them are the top ten teams of Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. 10 other teams will be invited as wild card, and the last ten will come from the open registrations where anyone can apply.

Esports players who are excited to give the Apex Legends tournament a shot can register for BLAST Titans through the event’s official webpage as registrations open today. They can also lookup more details about the event.

A Two-Part Esports Competition

As mentioned before, BLAST Titans will have two parts that will take place on two back-to-back weekends. The first part will begin on Friday, July 23, and continue until Sunday, July 25, and the second will be in the weekend to follow from Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 1. The tournament will have a total prize pool of $48,000 that will be split into two equal halves for the two parts of the event.

The first part will be a double-elimination competition in battle royale mode. The group stage begins on Friday 23, followed by the upper and lower bracket stages on Saturday and the finals on Sunday. Although the dates of the second half have been announced, BLAST Premier is yet to reveal the exact format.

BLAST Premier is more popular with its tournaments in Valve’s famous first-person shooter game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. However, despite that, the organizer is no stranger to other games and has ventured into Riot Games’ own shooter entry VALORANT and Valve’s MOBA Dota 2.

BLAST indeed has the resources and experience to host highly memorable esports events in no matter which game, therefore the company’s venture into Apex Legends sounds like exciting news for esports fans, especially those in Europe.

The company is a powerhouse in its respective field and has partnered with some big names in the business, such as the cryptocurrency exchange platform Coinbase
