Betway and BLAST Premier Team up for Olympic-Like Experiences

Betway has teamed up with BLAST Premier to bring a new installment of the Betway Games which will feature numerous challenges for CS: GO fans to try.

Betway Continues to Bring Community-Focused Challenges

Esports betting firm Betway and tournament production company BLAST Premier are teaming up for a unique Olympic-inspired experience. Now, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players can enjoy in real-time while they play one of the world’s leading competitive first-person shooter games. The Betway Spring Games will be a series of maps that introduce players to different formats and objectives. The maps are designed by Betway to create a truly compelling and immersive experience.

The Olympic-themed challenges are there to spice up the gameplay by allowing players to win a Betway x BLAST golden medal. Players will be awarded that for achieving the highest overall score throughout various maps. The initiative follows the Fall Games, which offered a somewhat similar format with fans trying to post better scores than their favorite pros.

BLAST and Betway will introduce gamers to numerous challenges, including the Hurdles, where the last player standing will be the one winning. This format will be followed by Surf, a map focusing on your ability to ride the wave, followed by Challenge 3, which will take place on Glass Floor. Last, but not least, players will progress to Competitive Tag as competitors try to clock in the least amount of time-tagged.

Welcoming New Opportunities to Grow Betway’s CS:GO Portfolio

The formats have proven popular in the past, stoking fans and audiences and eliciting a strong viewership interest. Betway head of esports Adam Savinson said that the Betway Spring Games are the latest addition to the “ever-growing portfolio of Counter-Strike maps produced by Betway.”

“The reception and popularity of the maps have been incredible! We’re proud to be able to continue to innovate in a game that has been around for over 22 years and have already started on planning the next one,” Savinson added.

Betway’s success in esports has been well-documented, with the betting firm’s gaming content hitting 65 million views, a staggering figure which amounts to three million of total watched time through the company’s esports YouTube channel.

Betway has used its YouTube channel to communicate various milestones to the community. The company has struck a fresh partnership with Brazilian esports organization FURIA and displaced Rivalry.gg, a fellow esports-first betting company, as the official sponsor.
