Aristocrat Seeks Diversity and Expertise on Its Board
The nomination, Aristocrat argued, will further diversify its Board of Directors, but there is more to this appointment. Lance Jnr is a seasoned industry veteran who stands tall in the industry and offers insight into its most crucial areas of operations.
He holds the honorary title of the Chickasaw Nation’s Secretary of State and represents the National in tribal, national and state organizaitons in the United States. Lance Jnr is also part of the American Gaming Association executive committee and also a member of the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber.
He is also a member of the Board of the Chickasaw Foundation and is part of BancFirst’s Board of Directors, a NASDAQ-listed company. Aristocrat chairman Neil Chatfield welcomed the opportunity to nominate the new director:
I am delighted to welcome a Director of Bill’s calibre to the Board. His decades of experience as a major gaming operator and a Tribal leader of national standing in the US will bring valuable new perspectives to the Board’s deliberations.
Aristocrat chairman Neil Chatfield
Chatfield expressed his confidence that the appointment of Lance Jnr will add to the Group’s overall customer focus and performance as a whole. “I am looking forward to his contribution to Aristocrat,” Chatfield concluded.
